Parking Enforcement


All Parking Tickets issued within the City of Beverly can be paid by visiting the City Collector’s Office located on the first floor of City Hall.

All Parking Tickets must be paid within 10 days of issuance.

Ticket Recipients that wish to dispute a City of Beverly parking ticket can schedule an appointment through the City Collector’s Office.

Ticket hearings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00am on the third floor of City Hall. Hearings are held on a first come first serve basis. An appointment is necessary through the Collector’s Office in advance.

Parking and Traffic Commission


The Parking and Traffic Commission is a board comprised of city employees and volunteer staff.

The 2011 Parking and Traffic Commission consists of the following people: Chairperson Richard Benevento, Co-Chairperson Sgt. Russ Rollins, Tina Cassidy (Beverly Planning Department), William Fiore (Beverly Fire Department), William Bent, and Richard Hutchinson.

The Parking and Traffic Commission make recommendations to the City Council in the area of signs and other traffic control related issues.

The Parking and Traffic Commission meets once monthly on the second Wednesday of the Month. Meetings are generally held at 9:30am on the third floor of City Hall.
