Beverly Police Shares Information from IACP and MPAC During Firearm Safety Month

June is Gun Safety Awareness Month, and Beverly Police would like to share that the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association (MPAC) are reminding community members across the nation about the safe storage of firearms.

IACP has partnered with OnCall4Kids to share resources and content with law enforcement agencies and communities on this topic.

This unique collaboration brings together law enforcement leaders and medical professionals to strive towards a shared goal: reducing preventable firearm injuries and deaths by encouraging the safe and secure storage of firearms.
