Violent Offender Warrant Service Leads to Drug Arrest

Members of the Beverly Police Drug Control Unit arrested Douglas Herlihy, 37 of Melrose on an outstanding warrant additionally charging him with possession of Class B Cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute Class A Fentanyl following the warrant service at 803 Manor Road.
